Abstract
By using the correct economic plan and the necessary tools to control threats and take advantage of opportunities, project managers can achieve their goals and objectives. The desired goal of managers in the areas of cost, time, quality, and safety is subject to certain and uncertain factors. Uncertain factors cannot be measured during estimates and feasibility studies or remain hidden from experts. Therefore, unforeseen accidents and risks, technical errors that are not considered, or hidden costs that are imposed on the project during the implementation of the work and for which no planning had been done before, having a comprehensive and complete plan that is accompanied by the identification, analysis, study, evaluation, and review of these risks can minimize the risk of dealing with project risks. In our country, the use and utilization of concrete pavements, especially continuous reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP), has been increasing in recent years. Therefore, considering the novelty of the continuous reinforced concrete pavement method in our country, it creates problems for managers during implementation. In this research, we have tried to present a model using the DEMATEL method and network analysis to examine, identify, and rank the most important risks of continuous reinforced concrete pavement in the construction of Eftekhari Street.
