Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the five-factor personality model dimensions on employees' innovative performance, considering the mediating role of knowledge sharing. The study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population includes employees of Sepah Bank in Isfahan. The sample size was determined as 278 people using the Krejci and Morgan table, and the sampling method was carried out by convenience. A questionnaire was used to collect the required data. Content, diagnostic, and divergent validity were used to determine validity, and Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability were used to determine reliability. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that the personality traits of openness to experience, agreeableness, extraversion, and conscientiousness have a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing and innovative performance. Examining the role of the mediator, the results showed that knowledge sharing as a mediator has a significant effect on the relationship between openness to experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, extraversion, and innovative performance.
