Studying the Relationship Between Human Resource Development and Justice, Satisfaction and Increasing the Efficiency of Social Security Employees

Abstract
Considering the relationship between the development of human resources, job satisfaction, justice and efficiency of employees and the increasing importance of leaving jobs, moving employees and the large costs that this imposes on the organization, paying attention to job satisfaction, justice and efficiency of employees is one of the important issues in management. Human resources are organizations. Therefore, human resources managers should try to increase the job satisfaction and fairness of employees by considering the activities of human resources and increasing the efficiency of employees in order to fulfill their job duties and responsibilities. Since in service companies, human resources are considered as one of the most important resources of the organization and they play an essential role in order to earn profit and survival of the organization, it is very important to pay attention to their behavior and performance for the continuation of the organization. In this article, the impact of human resources development on the satisfaction and justice and increasing the efficiency of employees has been investigated. Practical purpose and library and field method as well as descriptive-survey questionnaires which consisted of 89 questions were used to collect data. The statistical population of the research was 250 experts, managers and deputies of the Social Security Organization of Semnan province in 1400, and by using the formula of Tamote volume, 152 people were selected as a sample. The results of using the Spearman's rank test showed the existence of a positive relationship between the variables and the development of human resources. The results of the analysis also indicated the relationship between human resource development and job satisfaction as a result of increasing employee efficiency.
