The data collection tool was a questionnaire, which was the standard questionnaire of Sahadev et al. (Sahadev et al., 2024). The judgment of professors and experts in this field was used to measure the validity of the questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha was used to test the validity of the questionnaire, which was 0.89. In this study, structural equation modeling was used to examine the relationships between components using the partial least squares method. According to the data analysis, the results indicate a positive and significant effect of psychological empowerment on employees' creative performance, psychological empowerment on employees' success, and employees' success on employees' creative performance.
