Abstract
In today's competitive world, productivity as a philosophy and a perspective based on the strategy of improving operations is the most important goal of leading organizations. In light of this strategy, organizations ensure their long-term profitability by improving and growing productivity, the source and factors of production. In this study, in order to investigate the effect of designing a productivity assessment model in order to identify and prioritize influential factors and examine the obstacles facing Iranian research organizations, information related to the variables of individual factors, environmental factors, organizational factors and human resource productivity was collected from 61 people from all research experts. Based on the results, considering the model assumptions and structural equation modeling with the partial least squares method was implemented in Smart PLS software, which analysis of the results indicates the appropriate model and the effectiveness of the variables. According to the results obtained in fitting the model, all variables in all areas obtained appropriate validity and reliability values in the model. Also, in the overall effects of the model, it was shown that all the relationships and influences of the variables of individual factors, environmental factors and organizational factors on human resource productivity are significant. By examining the amount of individual, environmental, organizational factors and human resource productivity, it was observed that the effect of organizational factors on the human resource productivity of research organizations is higher than other factors. Also, the subcomponents of each of the main factors have been prioritized using the Friedman test.

Highlights

  • Structural equation modeling with the partial least squares method was implemented in Smart PLS software
  • It was observed that the effect of organizational factors on the human resource productivity of research organizations is higher than other factors.
