Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the dimensions and components of entrepreneurship with a social responsibility approach in the General Directorate of Education of Khorasan Razavi. The research was conducted using a descriptive and mixed method. In the qualitative part, the dimensions and components of the entrepreneurship model with a social responsibility approach were identified and tested in the quantitative part. The statistical population of the qualitative part included 52 experts who were selected using a purposive sampling method. The statistical population of the quantitative part included all staff members of the General Directorate of Education of Khorasan Razavi (350 people), of whom 186 people were selected using a simple random sampling method based on the Morgan table. In the qualitative part, the initial model was extracted by studying theoretical foundations and literature, and the components were refined using the fuzzy Delphi method and the final model was designed. In the quantitative part, the model was tested using structural equation modeling in the Smart PLS software. Qualitative results showed that entrepreneurship has dimensions (individual, organizational, social) and components (innovation, risk-taking, independence, structure, strategy, rights and rewards, laws and regulations, social support, social values). Social responsibility has dimensions (ethical, economic, legal, humanitarian) and components (ethical values, accountability, attitude, organizational interests, individual interests, community interests, law enforcement, non-discrimination, environment, resource conservation). Quantitative results showed that the most important component of entrepreneurship was the social dimension with a factor load of 0.928, followed by the organizational dimension of 0.898 and the individual dimension of 0.884. In social responsibility, the economic dimension has the greatest impact with 0.628. Modeling showed that social responsibility has an impact on the development of entrepreneurship at a rate of 62 percent; therefore, officials should explain social responsibility to teachers and employees
