بررسی شرایط و رتبه‌بندی واحدهای مستقر در شهرک‌های صنعتی استان لرستان با روش ویکور

چکیده
با توجه به اینکه عملکرد تولیدکنندگان تأثیر به سزایی در اقتصاد و تصمیم‌گیری‌های اقتصادی مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان هر کشور دارد. لازم است کسب‌وکارها در بازه‌های زمانی مختلف مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند که درنهایت هر ارزیابی و بررسی شرایط واحدهای فعال با توجه به میزان تولیدشان سنجیده شود. در این پژوهش، روش تحقیق به‌صورت پیمایشی و توصیفی - تحلیلی است که با به‌کارگیری روش کمی و کیفی، ابتدا به کمک پرسش‌نامه طراحی‌شده شرایط فعلی واحدهای مستقر در شهرک‌های صنعتی استان را سنجیده و بنا بر خروجی پرسش‌نامه‌ها و معیارهای مورد تأیید مدیران شهرک‌ها 36 واحد که تولید زیر پنجاه‌درصد ظرفیت اسمی ثبت‌شده آن‌ها را دارند، انتخاب و موردبررسی قرارگرفته‌اند. معیارهای موردبررسی واحدها توسط خبرگان به روش AHP طبقه‌بندی و وزن‌دهی می‌شوند. سپس واحدها با روش VIKOR مورد رتبه‌بندی قرارگرفته‌اند. بنابر بررسی‌ها واحد با کد A27 در گروه صنایع کانی غیرفلزی، A28 در گروه صنایع غذایی، A32 در گروه صنایع کانی غیرفلزی و A19 در گروه صنایع فلزی، رتبه‌های برتر بررسی می‌باشند. درنهایت به بحث و بررسی در رابطه با این واحدها پرداخته‌شده است.

Examining the Conditions and Ranking of Units Located in Industrial Estates in Lorestan Province using the VIKOR Method

چکیده English

Given that the performance of producers has a significant impact on the economy and economic decision-making of managers and planners of each country. It is necessary to evaluate businesses in different time periods so that ultimately each evaluation and review of the conditions of active units is measured according to their production. In this study, the research method is a survey and descriptive-analytical method that, by using quantitative and qualitative methods, first the current conditions of units located in the industrial estates of the province were measured with the help of a designed questionnaire and based on the output of the questionnaires and criteria approved by the managers of the estates, 36 units that have production below fifty percent of their registered nominal capacity were selected and examined. The criteria under examination of the units are classified and weighted by experts using the AHP method. Then the units were ranked using the VIKOR method. According to the surveys, the unit with code A27 in the non-metallic mineral industries group, A28 in the food industries group, A32 in the non-metallic mineral industries group, and A19 in the metal industries group are the top ranked units in the survey. Finally, a discussion and analysis has been conducted regarding these units.
