Student academic achievement is considered one of the most important goals of the education system, which is affected by numerous factors. Identifying factors affecting academic achievement in order to plan to improve students' academic status is one of the main concerns of educational planning managers. The aim of this research is to identify and extract multiple factors affecting students' academic achievement. This applied research is a mixed method consisting of two qualitative and quantitative stages. The research method in the qualitative stage is systematic analysis. Max Quda software version 2018 was used to analyze the data. The second part of this research, which is the qualitative part, includes quantitative data analysis. The systematic analysis conducted led to the extraction of a set of 10 main factors affecting academic achievement, including individual factors, family, education system, extrinsic variables, competition, situational variables, environmental factors, media, intra-school factors, and cultural factors. Meanwhile, quantitative analysis concluded that individual factors are the most influential and cultural factors are the least influential in students' academic achievement.
