شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر انتقال تکنولوژی در ساخت تجهیزات صنعت نفت با استفاده از مدل تحلیل شبکه‌ای (ANP) (مطالعه موردی: شرکت پادیاب تجهیز)

چکیده
هدف، شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر انتقال تکنولوژی از خارج به داخل، در صنعت نفت ایران با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل (DEMATEL) و مدل تحلیل شبکه‌ای (ANP) بوده است. عوامل و شاخص‌های مؤثر بر انتقال تکنولوژی از خارج به داخل در حوزه صنعت حفاری نفت استخراج شد. مدل ANP مسئله طراحی گردید و با تأیید نظر خبرگان حوزه، مبنای مطالعه قرار گرفت. با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل، روابط بین عوامل شناسایی و تأثیرپذیری یا تأثیرگذاری عوامل مشخص شد. سپس با حل مدل شبکه‌ای ANP با استفاده از نرم‌افزار تخصصی SuperDecisions، عوامل فوق‌الذکر، رتبه‌بندی شد. درنهایت نتایج کلی و عوامل کلیدی انتقال تکنولوژی در ساخت تجهیزات صنعت نفت، به ترتیب اهم عبارت‌اند از؛ 1- ظرفیت انتقال تکنولوژی، 2- ظرفیت یادگیری، 3- محیط انتقال تکنولوژی، 4- حالت انتقال تکنولوژی، 5- همکاری دولت، 6- دریافت‌کننده تکنولوژی، 7- ماهیت تکنولوژی، 8- انتقال‌دهنده تکنولوژی.

چکیده English

The aim was to identify and rank the factors affecting technology transfer from outside to inside in the Iranian oil industry using the DEMATEL technique and the Analytical Network Model (ANP). Factors and indicators affecting technology transfer from outside to inside in the oil drilling industry were extracted. The ANP model of the problem was designed and, with the approval of experts in the field, became the basis of the study. Using the DEMATEL technique, the relationships between the identified factors and the influence or impact of the factors were determined. Then, by solving the ANP network model using the specialized software Super Decisions, the above-mentioned factors were ranked. Finally, the general results and key factors of technology transfer in the manufacture of oil industry equipment are, in order of importance: 1- Technology transfer capacity, 2- Learning capacity, 3- Technology transfer environment, 4- Technology transfer mode, 5- Government cooperation, 6- Technology recipient, 7- Nature of technology, 8- Technology transferor.
