English

Responding to demands is one of the main issues facing the government in the discussion of e-government. With the increase in administrative workload, the development of interactive systems becomes inevitable. This research seeks to provide a prescriptive model for interactive systems in the field of e-government in Iran. This research is of a survey type in terms of its developmental purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of the Central Civil Registration Organization of Tehran who have at least a bachelor's degree and their type of cooperation with the organization is formal or contractual. The sampling method of the research was a complete count and a total of 212 questionnaires were collected for analysis. The findings of the research, after confirming the model fit indices, indicate the confirmation of the stages of e-government maturity. At the end of the research, a prescriptive model for interactive systems in the field of e-government in Iran was presented based on the findings.
