Today, the emphasis on growth is on human capital, and improving the quality of the workforce is one of the main ways to increase productivity. Humans, as a center of development, play a fundamental role in all other centers. This key component of productivity in the field of engineering companies, which is considered the most important capital of the organization, is more important. Because the output of their intellectual activities leads to the creation of a suitable and creative service for the customer. Also, the average age in Iran is increasing, while the productive population is decreasing. This research was conducted to investigate the relationship between age and wages on the productivity of specialized human resources in engineering companies using the structural equation model. The results showed that the standard coefficient of the effect of age on the components of human resource productivity includes the input component of -0.367 with a T of 7.348, processing with a standard coefficient of -0.396 and a T of 641.6, and output with a standard coefficient of -0.169 and a T of 2.138. Also, the effect of age on the wage level with a standard coefficient of 0.256 and a T of 762.4, and the effect of age on the input variable is -0.367 with a T of 7.348, on processing with a coefficient of -0.396 and a T of 6.641, and on output with a coefficient of -0.153 and a T of 2.138. Therefore, it can be concluded that with increasing age and passing the half-life of work and subsequently increasing the wage level, the productivity of specialized human resources in operational activities decreases.
