مطالعه رابطه توسعه منابع انسانی با عدالت، رضایت و افزایش کارایی کارمندان تأمین اجتماعی

چکیده
با توجه به رابطه بین توسعه منابع انسانی، رضایت شغلی، عدالت و کارایی کارکنان و اهمیت روزافزون ترک شغل، جابجایی کارکنان و هزینه‌های زیادی که این امر به سازمان تحمیل می‌کند، توجه رضایت شغلی‌، عدالت و کارایی کارکنان یکی از موضوعات مهم در مدیریت منابع انسانی سازمان‌ها است. لذا مدیران منابع انسانی باید با توجه به فعالیت‌های منابع انسانی و افزایش کارایی کارکنان در جهت انجام وظایف و مسئولیت‌های شغلی در جهت بالا بردن رضایت و عدالت شغلی کارکنان تلاش کنند. ازآنجایی‌که در شرکت‌های خدماتی، نیروی انسانی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین منابع سازمان تلقی می‌شوند و در جهت کسب سود و بقای سازمان نقش اساسی را ایفا می‌کنند، توجه به رفتار و عملکردشان برای ادامه فعالیت سازمان بسیار حیاتی می‌باشد. در این مقاله تأثیر توسعه منابع انسانی در رضایت و عدالت و افزایش کارایی کارکنان بررسی‌شده است. هدف، کاربردی و از روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی همچنین پرسشنامه‌های توصیفی- پیمایشی که متشکل از 89 سؤال بودند برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده‌شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 250 نفر کارشناسان، مدیران و معاونین سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان سمنان در سال 1400 بودند که با بهره‌گیری از فرمول حجم نمونه، تعداد 152 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. نتایج حاصل از به‌کارگیری آزمون رتبه‌ای اسپیرمن بیانگر وجود رابطه مثبت و معنادار میان متغیره‌ها با توسعه منابع انسانی بودند. نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل نیز دلالت بر رابطه بین توسعه منابع انسانی با عدالت، رضایت شغلی درنتیجه افزایش کارایی کارکنان داشتند.

چکیده English

Considering the relationship between the development of human resources, job satisfaction, justice and efficiency of employees and the increasing importance of leaving jobs, moving employees and the large costs that this imposes on the organization, paying attention to job satisfaction, justice and efficiency of employees is one of the important issues in management. Human resources are organizations. Therefore, human resources managers should try to increase the job satisfaction and fairness of employees by considering the activities of human resources and increasing the efficiency of employees in order to fulfill their job duties and responsibilities. Since in service companies, human resources are considered as one of the most important resources of the organization and they play an essential role in order to earn profit and survival of the organization, it is very important to pay attention to their behavior and performance for the continuation of the organization. In this article, the impact of human resources development on the satisfaction and justice and increasing the efficiency of employees has been investigated. Practical purpose and library and field method as well as descriptive-survey questionnaires which consisted of 89 questions were used to collect data. The statistical population of the research was 250 experts, managers and deputies of the Social Security Organization of Semnan province in 1400, and by using the formula of Tamote volume, 152 people were selected as a sample. The results of using the Spearman's rank test showed the existence of a positive relationship between the variables and the development of human resources. The results of the analysis also indicated the relationship between human resource development and job satisfaction as a result of increasing employee efficiency.
