طراحی مدل الزامات اقتصاد اشتراکی برای سیستم‌های تولیدی در صنعت نساجی

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش، طراحی مدلی از الزامات اقتصاد اشتراکی برای سیستم‌های تولیدی در صنعت نساجی جنوب شرقی عراق است؛ بخشی که با وجود ظرفیت‌های بالقوه، فاقد چارچوبی بومی برای تشخیص الزامات و روابط علّی این رویکرد است. برای این منظور، ابتدا مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات برای شناسایی الزامات انجام شد. سپس شاخص‌های استخراج‌شده با روش سوآرا به کمک خبرگان اولویت‌بندی شدند. درنهایت، با بهره‌گیری از نگاشت شناختی فازی و نرم‌افزار FCMapper، روابط علّی بین عوامل و سناریوهای اثرگذار و اثرپذیر تبیین شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که چهار عامل «حمایت مدیریت ارشد»، «سیاست‌های حمایتی و نظارتی»، «آگاهی ذی‌نفعان» و «فرهنگ پذیرش اقتصاد اشتراکی» بیشترین نقش را در پیاده‌سازی موفق اقتصاد اشتراکی ایفا می‌کنند. همچنین «شناسایی ظرفیت‌های مازاد و منابع کم‌استفاده» به‌عنوان عامل پایه‌ای، بیشترین اثرگذاری را بر سایر الزامات دارد. بنابراین برای استقرار اقتصاد اشتراکی در صنعت نساجی جنوب شرقی عراق ابتدا باید ظرفیت‌های مازاد به‌طور نظام‌مند شناسایی و فعال شوند. مدل ارائه‌شده می‌تواند به‌عنوان راهنمایی عملی برای سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران در به‌کارگیری اقتصاد اشتراکی در صنایع تولیدی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده English

The objective of this research is to design a model of the requirements for the sharing economy in production systems within the textile industry in southeastern Iraq—a sector that, despite its potential capacities, lacks a local framework for identifying the requirements and causal relationships of this approach. To this end, a systematic literature review was first conducted to identify the requirements. Then, the extracted indicators were prioritized using the SWARA method with the assistance of experts. Finally, by utilizing fuzzy cognitive mapping and FCMapper software, the causal relationships between factors and the influential and influenced scenarios were explained. The findings indicate that four factors—"senior management support," "supportive and regulatory policies," "stakeholder awareness," and "culture of adopting the sharing economy"—play the most significant role in the successful implementation of the sharing economy. Additionally, "identifying excess capacities and underutilized resources" as a foundational factor has the greatest impact on other requirements. Therefore, to establish the sharing economy in the textile industry in southeastern Iraq, excess capacities must first be systematically identified and activated. The proposed model can serve as a practical guide for policymakers and managers in applying the sharing economy in manufacturing industries.
